  • White sugar – 3/4 cup

  • Eggs – 2 (large)

  • Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

        • The first step in making these cupcakes is to prepare your tools for the recipe. First, preheat the oven to 160 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
        • Take small muffin cups and line them using foil or paper muffin liner. These liners are readily available in the stores. However, if you don’t have mini liners, you can cut parchment paper in the shape of your muffin tins.
