  • For Base:
  • Oreo cookie crumbs – 1 cup

  • Melted butter – 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar – 3 tablespoons

  • Bake for 75-80 minutes until the center is firm, and the exterior appears dull.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the water bath. Leave it to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Then, remove the foil.
  • Take the cake out of the pan by loosening its sides with a knife and let it cool for another 30 minutes.
  • Place it in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours or chill overnight.
