  • Butter, melted – 4.40 ounces

  • For The Filling
  • Full, fat cream cheese – 26.50 ounces

  • Icing sugar – 4.50 ounces

  • Galaxy caramel chocolate bars – 4.80 ounces

  • Double cream – 1 ¼ cup

  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

  • For The Toppings:
  • Double cream – ¾ cup

  • Galaxy caramel bars – 10 pieces

  • Galaxy Caramel buttons – 10 buttons

  • Good quality Caramel sauce – 1/3 cup

  • Galaxy chocolate – 1/3 cup

  • Icing sugar – 1 tablespoon

  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Line up a 9 inches springform cheesecake pan with parchment paper, then grease it with some butter or oil, and place it aside.
  • To prepare the crust, place the biscuits in a food processor and pulse them several times until they become crumbled. Add in the melted butter, then combine them well.
  • Pour the mixture into the cheesecake pan and press it down with your hands to level up the top.
  • When done, place the crust in the fridge and let it sit for at least 45 minutes.
  • To prepare the filling, combine the icing sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract then use an electric hand mixer to beat them until they become smooth.
  • Pour in the double cream then beat them again until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  • Finely chop the galaxy chocolate bars, then fold them into the mixture.
